Trying out some new polishes I got on sale. :)

These are polishes that I picked up at Sally's Red Tag Clearance on Friday, Spent about $23 there but I also signed up for my membership at the time.

From left to right, Beauty Secrets Base Coat, Top Coat, and Cuticle Oil. After that it's Crackle Glaze in Oxidized Aqua, Fast Track, Blonde Bombshell, and Smoke and Ashes.

Now, this is my first time trying Beauty Secrets, but they were on sale buy 2 get 1 free, and I could not resist. I do have to say that they are one of the best Top and Base coats I've tried. They hardly leave a smell about 10 minutes after the last coat is applies. The Cuticle Oil is fantastic, It smells like coconuts (I can't stop smelling my nails when I put it on) and really helps me from messing up my nails when I'm done with my mani's and pedi's.

I did my boyfriend's mom's nails this weekend with Fast Track. They turned out beautifully; the polish went on so smooth. The color is such a nice beige/tan color with golden iridescent sparkles. I love this polish, and am a little jealous that she's wearing it before I am.

I just love the golden flecks. This is a super sweet polish that you can really wear anywhere.

I also gave myself a mani this weekend. I ended up using Smoke and Ashes and Blonde Bombshell. I did 2 coats of Smoke and Ashes with Blonde Bombshell Tips and a white separation line. It's not my best free hand work, and the picture isn't doing Smoke and Ashes justice. It is a really dark color, but it has a lot of tiny green sparkles. Blonde Bombshell is a fantastic glitter, I really only needed 1 coat to get an even coverage, but I added one more just because I LOVE glitter.

You can see the green sparkles in the Smoke and Ashes on the thumb and ring finger in this pic, but like I said this picture so does not do the color justice.

Along with Sally's I paid a visit to CVS because I had gotten a coupon for 20% off. I ended up getting 7 polishes by Spoiled. Spoiled is always a reasonable price, $1.99, but with the 20% off and buying a new remover because I was almost out, I only spent $13.50 at CVS.

Left to right- Club Rat, I Don't Drink Cheap Wine, Pet my Peacock, Good Karma, Jewelry Heist, Pirates Booty, and Cougar Attack.

I just love their names, I already owned a few polishes by them, but these are really cute. So far I've only used Good Karma and Pirates Booty.

(I'm not going to review Pirates Booty this time, because I actually used it on my Boyfriends toes over a bright yellow. I want to give it a good go on my nails before I decide how I feel about it.)

Good Karma I used for a pedi and only needed 2 coats to get a nice even coverage, probably would have been fine with 1, but I like to be safe. It's such a beautiful blue I have a hard time describing it. But the pictures are dead on for how it actually looks on my toes. I also used Blonde Bombshell by China Glaze on the second toe for a cute accent.
(If you don't like feet you can ignore the last 3 pictures.)

Such a good summery color, and the Blonde Bombshell really brightens it up.
